Delivery

1. Delivery Area — v1

In our first season (2026), we deliver exclusively within Delhi NCR. This includes Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Moradabad. We are keeping v1 close to the farm to ensure quality is not compromised in transit.

2. Delivery Timeline

Mangoes are delivered during the harvest window, typically May–June for Dasheri and Langra varieties. Your specific delivery date will be confirmed via email and SMS approx. 2 weeks before dispatch. Delivery happens within 2–3 days of packing.

3. How Delivery Works

We handle delivery ourselves in v1 — no third-party courier. You will receive an email and SMS with your delivery slot. Someone must be available to receive the box, as mangoes are perishable and cannot be left unattended.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of price-lock confirmation. In v1, we aim to absorb delivery costs within Delhi NCR as part of the booking.

5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive, we will attempt re-delivery once. If re-delivery also fails, the order cannot be refunded as the produce is perishable.

6. Future Expansion

Pan-India courier delivery is planned for v2. If you are outside Delhi NCR, please register your interest at hello@yanl.in and we will notify you when your area is covered.
