1. Acceptance

By placing a pre-booking with yanL. Naturals on yanl.in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Nature of the Product

Mangoes are a seasonal, agricultural product. Harvest quantity, quality, and timing are subject to natural conditions including weather, soil, and tree health. yanL. Naturals makes no guarantee of a specific harvest volume beyond what is communicated at price-lock.

3. Pre-Booking and Token

A Rs.500 non-transferable booking token secures your lot. This token is adjustable against the final invoice. It is refundable under the conditions set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Final Price and Confirmation

The final price per box is set approximately 2 weeks before harvest based on grading. You will be notified. You have 48 hours to confirm or withdraw. Confirmation requires payment of the balance amount. Failure to respond within 48 hours will be treated as a withdrawal and the token refunded.

5. Mango Variety

The specific variety (Dasheri or Langra) is confirmed post-harvest. Both are premium North Indian varieties grown on our farms. The variety cannot be chosen at the time of booking.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available within Delhi NCR and Moradabad in v1. You agree to provide a correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the order. yanL. Naturals is not liable for spoilage due to failed delivery caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.

7. Right to Refuse

yanL. Naturals reserves the right to cancel any booking and issue a full refund at our discretion, including in cases of fraudulent payment, abusive communication, or address outside our delivery zone.

8. Disputes

Any dispute arising from a booking will first be addressed via direct communication at hello@yanl.in. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
